Yes yes, New York has That Other public art project (which I haven't seen yet).

But I fancy Julian Opie's Animals, Buildings, Cars, and People in NY's City Hall park. Maybe it will get more attention after the Gates-hoopla dies down. Or maybe it did earlier, and I just missed it until now.
