Are the Harbor Freight 12" sanding discs any good or will they wear down in 1/3 the time of a more expensive disc?

I'll buy them if they are any good or else I'll probably just order from Klingspor.

For haircolor info.:
for black hair coloring, Clairol Nice'n'Easy in Natural blue-black gives an awesome, super-shiny, totally unnaturally gorgeous haircolor...think Catherine Zeta-Jones or Pierce Brosnen glossy. For reds, Nutrisse Garnier in bright copper is perfect, but an orangey brighter than bright red. The Nutrisse garnier in dark brown mohagony is good for a nice dark brown. None of these colors will fade much if used with color shampoo. The blue-black is really spectacular and lasting, but you will have trouble bleaching it out if you wanna go blonde. These are just a few I remember being pretty good.

AMFORTAS: Ah, woe to him, that defiant bold spirit, should he fall into Klingspor's snares! Let none thus disturb my peace!"

Harbor Freight: Their employment application is on a 3" by 11" card.
Doesn't have a thing to do with anything else on this thread, but I just felt like mentioning it.
