i went from koons-hater in the 80's to koons-lover in the 90's. i didn't have such a great sense of humor in the 80's. i think he's fab now. and i have no problem with him bankrupting any and everyone that he meets.

now im not sure if he stole money from ovitz, there was a dispute about the delivery of a work, and no law suits, so i suspec the case is a little more complicated (which is a good thing, b/c koons loses law suits quickly)

I just sometimes wish Koons had a little more brain in him: when he was interviewed by Morley Safer in his infamous SKEPTICAL JOURNALIST SCORNS ALL THIS 'MODERN' ART BUNK segment on 60 Minutes back in '93, Koons was so vague and wifty he was eaten alive.
