I'm 41 and have never been married. I work in Customer Service in Lansing, Michigan. I also have a background working in computer information services. I am a conservative Christian who enjoys reading, movies, going out to eat, staying in, and singing in the church choir. I'm the guy in the bookstore sitting in a comfortable reading and drinking a latte'; my current interest is historical fiction. My favorite radio station is the local talk radio station. Has achieved highest awards in both professional associations. Have an award named after me, "The Connie" won by a professional public speaker who competes for "The Consummate Platform Professional", this is an annual event. Semi-Retired Professional public speaker and Trainer. For 35 years trained business and professional people in public speaking skills and spoke to professional groups on"How To Look, Act and Speak Like A Leader". This is a second career, was a Media Director in Advertising Agencies both in New York and Los Angeles. Married "the boss" (now deceased), owner of a medium sized advertising agency. Three adult (now middle aged children) and 4 grandchildren -- all of whom live in a different state. One daughter is a best selling author (Steven Spielberg made her movie), another daughter (mother of 3 girls) is also a business owner (tax preparation) and has 10 employees. My son works for a financial management company. I have traveled extensively. Now here is a tall order, considering my age, HE must be in very good health. I have never been hospotalized (except to deliver babies) and do not take any medication. Prefer a retired business executive or professional man who is free to travel.

I love this country and I support our President. I saw him three times this past year, twice on the campaign trail and once at the inauguration. I cried when Reagan died...one of my favorite books is "I love you, Ronnie" - Ronald Reagan's love letters to Nancy Reagan. I want the kind of love that Nancy and Ronald Reagan had. I am a hopeless Romantic looking for a kind hearted fun loving, Christian guy who is willing to stand up for what he believes in and doesn't mind a strong, well educated, conservative, Christian women by his side.

I think my biggest handicap when it comes to dating is that I'm a big guy. I'm 6 feet tall, but I weigh a tad over 300 pounds. I'm type 2 diabetic (as of a couple months ago) so now I'm on medicine and it's helping me loose weight. I just think that it is my biggest handicap because so much of society is so superficial, most people just submit to that superficiality, and don't wait around to see that I'm really a nice person.
