Ive spent some time browsing the archives and every once in awhile i come across a random flash of amusing brilliance or insight or what have you, and i bet there's already a thread for this sort of thing, but I'm not even sure how to search for it, so allow me to start a new one. (if someone knows of the old one, just link to it, but i don't see anything wrong w/ starting a second version).

Anyway, this story of Dave q's was fantastic.

Once in SF this really beautiful statuesque German woman inexplicably asked me out, couldn't believe my luck. It all went horribly wrong when she started speaking in halting English about her life back in Germany and failed relationship with American GI. [Nico accent] "He killed mein poodle...mit a bowling ball!" I couldn't stop laughing, that was the end of it

When the Dave Q biopic finally gets made it'll be the greatest film of all time.

oh my fucking god!!! this is an actual roc-produced track apparently this is from the halle berry catwoman movie soundtrack and its totally jawdropping, im not even that familiar with the o.g. poison song but that part in the intro when the beat comes in like some weird 4/4 trash-can drums and then the part where the acid-y synth drops over the chorus is like clouds opening incredible, single of the year already!!!
