I'll update this thread over the next couple of months as I play with various editing and shooting techniques, partially to show off and partially to motivate myself to push forward. If you have any ideas for something I might persue, by all means suggest away.

Daisychain your camera to connect, through an external HD, to a computer. Then try to capture the video from the camera onto the external HD. You'll get some wicked colorful pixel static.
