I had a massive problem with home connecting when I moved last thanks to the incompetence of the cable guys at my new place, which led me to switch providers -- haven't had a problem since. While it *was* down, though, I was able to concentrate on getting everything moved in and unpacked and so forth, so that was definitely all for the good!
