The Jack Valenti "See You in Hell" Memo

Does anyone know anything about this? Apparently, Jack Valenti, LBJ's special assistant (who would go on to head the MPAA) had disagreed with some military decision his boss made re Vietnam, an action he thought would jeopardize too many lives (both American soldiers and Vietnamese civilians). Valenti didn't have the balls to tell LBJ to his face -- he was known for being especially sycophantic toward the President -- so he typed up a memo and slipped it under the Oval Office door. The memo had only one sentence: "See you in Hell." I thought I saw this on Smokinggun.com, but I can't find it.

Actually, I don't know why I made this story up.

TS: Valenti's "See you in Hell." v. Haig's "I'm in charge."

Where was the location of Valenti's pecker during this passive-aggressive action?

one year passes...
Actually, I don't know why I made this story up.

Maybe the weirdest thread I've started?
