Western Washington was just hit by a minor earthquake, a blue meteor and a major power outage all within a few minutes. Combined with the recent eruption of Mt. St. Helens what horrible fate could these omens portend?

"major power outage"? where?

KOMO webpage has the flaming-object-in-sky and minor-earthquake. KIRO, meanwhile, says the quake caused no damage and includes among its top stories "Crampon Recall."
