I used to want to take initiative at taking group photos as FAPs, but I've stopped because

a) lugging my digicam is just one more thing I could lose lest I get drunk
b) i think a lot of ilxors aren't really into candid photos, for many slightly obvious reasons that are too numerous to mention
c) i want to have fun and not get distracted by my little photography project and miss out

..not to say there's anything WRONG with wanting to take FAP photos, but I think there are plenty of "Show us what you look like NOW" threads that cure the curiosity of knowing what our fellow ilxors look like, enough, such that taking FAP photos has become very much second or third bean at this point.

Besides, I think more here are into the interesting perspective shots than just "WOOHOO! Look at us ILXOrs getting druuuunk *burrrrrrrp* wooooo yeeeeah!"... unless a pirate or Gareth is involved, of course...(not necessarily in that order.)

what donut said. i have NEVER looked remotely presentable in any fap photo. because ilxors only seem to want to take my picture when i'm either drunk or i've been walking around in teh elementz all day.
