to register with these people they have to SAY THE THING WHICH IS OBVIOUS TO EVERYONE ELSE (and even then they often don't so register)
but it should probbly read "remember to turn around AND NOT DROWN!!!!"
ie: if you fail to follow our advice YOU WILL DROWN AND IT IS YOUR FAULT NOT OURS

There's a river outside our front doorstep and a lake where the back garden should be. Anybody got a yacht?

grab one of the floating squashes, lash it to a pair of zucchinis for stability, tie a sail of lettuce to the top and you've got yourself a doozy of a craft.

My girlfriend, on Albert Ave, said the water's just below her front step

Every time some dick drives too fast up the street the waves lap over our front step. I had to wade up Newland Ave to get home, that was lunchtime. We've got a bit of flooding in the bathroom at the back. Rain forecast to stop: midnight.

Wasn't Newland closed earlier? The news said Chants Ave was closed, but I assume that was the railway underpass.
The girlfriend waded home from Springhead - 3ft or so deep in some places, she said.
