1) Pomegranates. They're good 'n' all, and nibbling the fruit off the seeds is fun in a knitting-a-scarf kind of way, but people are going on about them like they were just invented yesterday and haven't been around for, oh, several thousand years. And chefs, stop arbitrarily putting them in dishes they have no business being in! Gordon Ramsay quite rightly berated someone for serving pomegranate risotto. BLECH! WHAT THE FUCK. Clearly this has gone too far.
