I think would make me want to kill.

Yeah, you're up, but now you're frustrated, and you still hate your job and fear going to work every day.

I never hit the snooze button.

Someone I knew would just put their alarm out of arm's reach, which seems easier than making a fancy clock what got legs.
As a kid I wanted this baseball alarm clock that you would throw instead of hitting snooze.

Does it review films as well?

It doesn't matter if I put a boombox on the other side of the room. I need a combination of a snooze button and something that makes me get up out of bed, multiple times, and yes perhaps even scurry around trying to be cognitive. My only concern is that this won't be loud enough, because I need extra, extra loud.
This sounds brilliant. I will buy at least one, and let you know. Two years from now when it comes out.

I had one of those! It sucked! I'd dent my walls before the damn thing turned off. The parents (sleeping in the room to my right) were not appreciative of this clock's finer qualities.

Also, I'm like Tom - right now, I have TWO alarms (my CD player, and a clock radio), and I still need a 3rd or 4th thing (a kick in the ass, and some algebra) before I actually get out of bed and into the shower. However, when it's sunny outside, I find it easier to get out of bed. On overcast days, I sleep an extra 3 hours.

i used to ask other people to hide my alarm clock for me, and before that i would hide it myself but build a little obstacle course between it and the bed.

i'm not quite so useless at waking up now, but i'd still buy this. especially if they make it look less horrible.
