What's wrong with them?

Alex in SF (Alex in SF), Friday, 1 April 2005 17:06 (twenty years ago)

Classic! So much better than rollercoasters. Drinking and waterslides!

Jordan (Jordan), Friday, 1 April 2005 17:09 (twenty years ago)

Classic unless you start thinking about the water too much, like how many people (and little kids) have been in it. But other than that, classic. Also, the song "Waterpark" by Royal Trux, classic.

I think Adam might be lying about not being sure. I think he is sure.

I live in dread of these. When we used to go on holiday in Portugal when I was a kid, we'd drive past one of these every year, and I'd spend the whole car journey totally tensed up lest someone suggest we go in.

waterparks in hotels = classic

hstencil (hstencil), Friday, 1 April 2005 17:15 (twenty years ago)

I live 20 min from the largest indoor water in teh world, or so says the sign on the hotel. It's got waterslides popping out of the sides of the building like woah. I must spend a night there sometime.

Jordan (Jordan), Friday, 1 April 2005 17:18 (twenty years ago)

hstencil (hstencil), Friday, 1 April 2005 17:19 (twenty years ago)

Jeff-PTTL (Jeff), Friday, 1 April 2005 17:23 (twenty years ago)

hstencil (hstencil), Friday, 1 April 2005 17:24 (twenty years ago)

Airtube (nordicskilla), Friday, 1 April 2005 17:27 (twenty years ago)

I'll have to stake out Kalahari and see if they have any security measures in place. What if you need a room key or a wrist band to get into the water park area?!
