The trouble with this question is that it requires a good definition of truth. However, if you don't mind a heuristic approach, I'll toss off a decent approximation.

Facts are statements about objective conditions that are sufficiently limited so as to be agreed to by anyone familiar with those conditions. Truthes are personal attempts to synthesize facts without contradicting them.
