Quite a few ATM's are now 24 hours, not to mention the kiosks at convenience stores; and you can use international bank cards at most post offices.

i'm not really sure that anything going on at the moment is interesting enough to warrant a thread. it would be all 'this is the thread where cis got some milk tea from a vending machine and then went to class'.

alas no aim - i don't think I can even use msn on the uni computers. but then i have difficulty enough typing without kicking the keyboard over into japanese by mistake.
