"In 2000, Pope John Paul II pondered whether the new millennium would mark the end of his pontificate"

This CNN story of course enboldens the most blatantly and painfully non-revelatory part of his will (Um, JP, humans usually don't live over a 1000 years, 'kay cha cha?), last written in 2000. But otherwise, it's a somewhat interest read -- especially the part about what was to be burned.
