Unless you're literally asking God to damn it, I think "Goddammit" is the best spelling.

Censored would be "darn".

Although, "Goddamned" is proper, for that tense.

I would vote for "Goddamn it", with the censored version being "G--d--- it." Although possibly it's God Dammit! It might be a case of the emphasis of the original.
