She's asked that I begin keeping a timesheet to analyze if any of my hours can be billed to clients. Everyone else does this but I don't have to. It's not fair.

What do I write? "Project Implementation"? "Streamlining Initiatives"?
"Globalization Research Program"?

attribue everything internal that you do to a client. if you do intranert server maintainence, this speeds efficiency on your projects, projects that are initiated by clients. so bill it to them. this is how all agencies and law firms work. by stealing from clients.
