Yeah, that's what happens when you rely on your Outlook contact information to keep track of friends' birthdays - you have a giant crash, lose all your contact information, then you look like a huge knob because you forget the birthdays of your best friends. Thanks folks. I celebrated this year with a weekend of food. Started with Indian buffet on Friday night, went for a nice vegan brunch on Saturday morning, and had a lovely breakfast yesterday...topped off with a quinoa pilaf, then homemade guacamole with potato chips.

I'm not sure why, but this was pretty much perfect.
