ILXOR mail to user ?

I just discovered I can send webmail through ILX. Is that right? However, it appears I can only send it to myself.

Am I totally misunderstanding the concept?

I just clicked Eleventy-Twelve (my account name) and then click "webmail" on the next screen. Then it pulls up a mail form preaddressed to myself. But, why would I want to send an email to myself? The preaddressed part is uneditable, obviously.

Just wondering if there's a mailbox feature that I have been ignoring which could possibly come in handy rather than cluttering threads with asides.

You can send webmail to other users, too! Click on *their* username instead of yours and send them mail!

You don't have an ILX mailbox, though - webmail is just emailed to the email address in your user settings.
