You know, like Marlboro backpacks and Joe Camel shower curtains.

I was given a free Zippo at a bar recently - I was excited because it didn't say the brand on it. But when I got home I found it was REALLy low quality, not brass but gold-colored metal.

Would you wear fake Ray-Bans that say "Newport" on the side?

Basic Cigarettes sent me gardening gloves a few weeks ago. Since I've started doing more yard work in the warm weather, those gloves have come in quite handy.

I really doubt I would be seen in public with a Marlboro fanny pack, but I might use the gardening gloves. That is a really odd item for a cig company to send out.

The Joe Camel shower curtain existed. A decade ago, a buddy saved his Camel bucks and 'bought' the clear curtain, which depicts Joe and his fellow camels as a gritty blues band, with shades, fedoras and wailing sax.
