Mawkishly, I ask for your help in my seqarch for a music box

I live in the UK, and am trying to find a music box for a very dear friend's new baby, due to arrive this summer, but so far all I've seen and sampled are gaudy or banal designs that crank out numbers like "The Sound of Music" or, worse, in one instance, Michael Jackson's "The Earth Song". My budget is about £150, which I know isn't flush, but I would love to get something a bit more tender, and of course jolly, but without being ostentatious. Does anyone know of any shops, either online or in the high street, that I might try? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

There's a shop in Windsor that has a load of 'innard' music box things. Songs are various, what kind of thing were you looking for?

"what kind of thing were you looking for?"

Well, whilst I wouldn't rule out "Sweets For My Sweet" by The Seqarchers (didn't proof read my subject heading, sorry), I am more inclined to go with classical. Not necessarily aiming to harness the so called Mozart-effect, just think something traditional, like Swan Lake, might be more soporific as well as charming to a baba. Having asid traditional, if I could find a box that played Stockhausen, Derek Bailey or Alf Hurum, I would probably buy two (both for me).
Windsor is quite convenient for me, actually. Do you know the shop's name - any more info?

I think that's the sort of thing they have.

The shop name I don't know, but if you go up Peascod Street, there's an alleyway on the left, after M&S, and it's a toyshop on the right.

These are all those 'innard' things with the handles that you wind around.

Thanks Mark. I will probably investiage the Windsor shop further, but may shy away from actual purchase if it ultimately means DIY - configuring the inards and installing them in a new box, bought separately, etc. I'm a bit like Frank Spencer when it comes to DIY.. Which reminds me, didn't Frank used to sing along to a music box at the end of Some Mothers? What was that song he used to sing to Jessica?

I've already been to that website, koogs. Thanks, though. To be honest, I wasn't really inspired by their range.
