An after dinner walk

Anyone actively do this? I'm normally too bloated to do anything but unfasten my trousers and break wind after my evening meal, but with the good weather coming in we've gone out a few times for a brisk stroll this past month.

Do you like a good walk to burn off your meals? Do you feel the benefit afterwards?

Yep, I do it frequently. I eat my dinner really early, so it's usually still light out. It probably isn't the best for digestion, but eh, I enjoy it.

Our stroll last night took us past a sewage outflow pipe. Very picturesque. Unfortunately our surrounding walkways are all pretty much like that, we end up driving ten miles to find somewhere decent to walk.

Win extra points. Call it a "postprandial promenade".
