i used to want to all the time. i remember the thrill of my first bong in college like it was yesterday. but slowly over the past few years i've wanted to less and less. since i started up back at the beginning of high school i'd have paranoid times, so it's not that. it's just...it's weird, i'm just not feeling that the buzz and the things i think buzzed are as real as i once did. has this happened to anyone else? is there a remedy?

Not smoking is brilliant. DOn't get me wqrong, smoking is cool as well, but when you stop for a fortnight, then have the occasional blow, it's immense. ALso, when you stop smoking, the times when you're NOT smoking are a lot more . . life-like.

I think I'd rather do this, i.e. stop for a while occasionally, but the wife's having none of it. I'd find it very difficult not to smoke while she is, silly maybe but I can go without quite easily if it's not around. But my wife is a DOPE FIEND so I kind of am by default as well! Most of the time it's fun but occasionally I find it a bit boring.
