I want you, dear young people, to study it and to find out that we do have the power, the talent and the means to realize its aims. But this ability to do things is dependent on some conditions. I am telling you these facts, because you are all like my own sons and daughters, and I know whatever may be done in this country, will be done by your hands. You are the agents of those developments, but first we must plan the best plans and find the proper ways to achieve their aims.
