When I think of lobster farms, this is not what I have in mind.



And I know that Swan River is nowhere near the Prairie, but Boreal Lobster doesn't have the same ring to it.

How come Red Lobster doesn't do this regionally? Is the price for farm raising lobster significantly greater than harvesting them?

well, lakefood just doesn't have that zing to it. It's why not too many places can legally offer deep fried lamprey.
