There is this radio advertisement where this dude tries to get us to refinance our homes with no closing costs, and he ends his little spiel with "the biggest no-brainer in the history of earth!"

It always PISSES ME OFF, A LOT. Why such an obvious, stupid hyperbole? WHERE IS THE BACKING EVIDENCE?
