I thought Glick was the first decent thing that Short had done since the Ed Grimley days. Now he's gone and fucked this up, too.

I couldn't get past the horror of his face.

We're two summer "blockbuster" seasons away from THAT ROB SHNEIDER CHARACTER WHO CALLED EVERYBODY ALL KINDS OF NAMES AND SAT BY THE COPIER: THE MOVIE.

Quite possibly the only redeeming factor of this movie: Linda Cardellini is in it. Mmmm.

The best Jiminy Glick interviews are extremely funny and strange. Haven't even thought of that show for like 2 years though so I see what you're saying.

tremendoid (tremendoid), Friday, 6 May 2005 14:26 (twenty-one years ago)

Ebert gave it 1.5 stars but didn't really discourage me from wanting to see it. Lots of celebrity cameos.

Martin Short is such an enigma.

I love Jiminy Glick and I will see this movie.

It's funny. It's very funny.

EComplex (EComplex), Saturday, 7 May 2005 02:34 (twenty-one years ago)

I got the JGlick DVD of some of his shows for a couple of bucks, and many of the interviews are hilllllarious, some are not, and the staged bits are dreadful.
