Seen recently near Angel Tube, a pub advertising TV sport featuring the 'Egland Team'. Of all the words you would expect yobs to spell properly.

Who's "everyone"? Anthony SPECIFICALLY ASKED that we correct his spelling: so far, only The Pinefox has been kind enough to oblige.

No loosing was probably brought on by a particularly assenine comment article in the gaurdian yesterday by david Mckie.

I emailed him telling him what an assenine article he wrote once, he wrote back and told that he knew.

The reason I asked for a spelling amnesty is because I can't.

Spelling pedants suck, unless specifically requested like the Pinefox and Anthony. It might be spelt wrong, but if it's clear what someone's saying just let it go.

At this website I used to go to there was this guy called The Spellchecker, and he or she was rather fanatical about checking spelling...I know my spelling is bad sometimes!
