WTF? Why do all the posts on ILX have a new font? It's really ugly and hard to read.

It's fucking weird then. Maybe when I updated Mozilla it changed something in the way it reads the text? Like maybe there's a default font I can change somewhere?

Go to tools > options in Mozilla, and under general there is a fonts option. You might need to change either the default serif font type, or the size of same, or both.
