It was absolute shit for six weeks after the WTC attacks at which point I stopped using them. I was billed at full rate for every single service drop-out, though.

I don't like Sprint at all these days, I have it both as long distance provider and as my cell phone. The cell phone works fine, except it took them months - literally - to finally remove my useless wireless web service (who the hell uses that?), and kept billing me for it even though I had called about 80 times on it. The long distance though is a different story, I absolutely despise them.
