wot paradigm are we living under - does it need replacing and what[who/when] will cause the change[technology/socialchange ?]

if technology is he key to - what type of tech would cause massive positive social change ?

also - do attitudes change before legislation or after ?

Paradigm shift = Kuhn (tho' in his mind = applicable specifically to scientific reasoning). Current front runners for charactersing This Age/Society I think = Information (aka post-industrial; too many names to cite), Cyborg (Haraway); Risk (Beck); and (someone'll surely say it if I don't) Post-Modern (in social/ideological rather than Arts sense). Politically, you might add some Ends: of Ideology (Bell) or HIstory (Fukuyama, tho' his moment is well passed). Just listing these makes me unwilling to elucidate further.
