I was having trouble sleeping a while back and the doctor, a rather droll fellow, suggested I take trazedone.

I asked about side effects, and he said that the profile for the drug wasn't that bad--but should I get an erection that didn't go away in 24 hours, I should immediately go to the ER for proapism. ('You mean as opposed to my usual 14 hour hardons?" I wanted to ask.)

Anyway, I asked what would happen if I got all priapic. "They'll have to cut it open, of course."
