Fancy a bike Ride [2nd July, Midhants Loop]

I can't find the thread mark started to here is a bike ride planning thread. The proposed ride runs from Hook which is one stop short of Basingstoke. through the gently rolling hills of Hampshire to New Alresford. The Route will be a little over 60km or about 40 miles and it will be a gentle roll. Pubs will of course feature. I suspect we will get the 9:15 from Waterloo which is the 9:25 from Clapham junction.

I will probably go and cycle that day, however 16th or 17th of July is a possibility as well. In fact weekends before 11th of August but after 10th july would be good for riding.

You should probably get in touch with Emsk coz she is always up for a bike ride. 17th of July is the Oxford triathlon, though, so don't go planning anything then!

this sounds awesome. (i do not like big hills when i am on a bike.)

this is when i am free and not: first weekend of july belongs to imelda (tho she now may not come down til the monday, in which case consider me signed up for this provided it is not clashing with the wandle wander), 2nd weekend of july i am climbing hills in the norfwest with val, 3rd weekend of july is the oxford triathlon (we could cycle on the sat, crash in oxford and walk on the sun?), 4th weekend of july is truck. last weekend (wow, july has 5 weekends, lucky ol' month) of july is free and therefore an option. 1st weekend of august is full of question marks in my diary and i don't know what any of them mean. that migh be free too. 2nd weekend of august is oyafest, 3rd is green man (and my birthday is in the middle of these, maybe we must do the station south london fap), 4th w/e is reading (dunno if am going to all of it tho, i suspect not and there's always the bank holiday anyway). er, then we are into september and dude that is like a quarter of a year away, i refuse to plan my life so far ahead!
