got home and found one of my doggies had freaked out in the storm and run away from home
been looking for her for nearly 2 hours
no luck
ran into cute girl in woods taking photos, way too young.

Pleasant Plains /// (Pleasant Plains ///), Tuesday, 14 June 2005 21:20 (twenty years ago)

:(( good luck. Put some food and some of your unwashed clothing outside- the scent might help guide her home again if she's confused.

estela (estela), Tuesday, 14 June 2005 21:38 (twenty years ago)

Doggie was in the "Anne Frank Room" (aka the lofted crawlspace)

Stupid doggie. Wind blew door shut behind her.

charltonlido (gareth), Wednesday, 15 June 2005 03:20 (twenty years ago)

nineteen years pass...

On a busy beach with no public toilets, it's fun to watch the regular stream of people going out to stand waist deep (20 or 30 metres out, in the current case), hands on hips, trying to look casual. Occasionally someone will go for a short swim, just for the sake of appearances.

constant gravy (ledge), Monday, 21 April 2025 15:06 (one year ago)

Whaaaaaaaaaaaat where are you

Crack's Addition (Boring, Maryland), Monday, 21 April 2025 15:46 (one year ago)

Sicily. There is a public toilet about half a mile away, or bars if you want to shell out for a drink. But the sea is right there and big enough to take it.

constant gravy (ledge), Monday, 21 April 2025 16:50 (one year ago)

lol at "big enough to take it"

holla

five six seven, eight nine ten, begin (map), Monday, 21 April 2025 16:52 (one year ago)

the last time I went to 4th of July fireworks on the beach they closed all the public toilets, for thousands of people, many of which had been drinking all afternoon. super smart
