I love this hybrid fruit, a combo of the plum & apricot. Are you a fan?

PLUOTS pwn plums, it's very true. It's all about the texture. (and nectarines > peaches, but all of them are yummy, visit one farmer's market asap)

This is the season for it, here at least. Gold Bud peaches!
I also love those little blue prune-plums. They're not in the stores here yet, but they will be, and I will buy them and eat many at one sitting!

someones at work gave me a pluot, it was a "flavor grenade" variety. it was GREAT! then i bought some at the store and they were YUCKY! :(

You know what's really gross, though, are "graples—" those apples injected with artificial grape flavoring. Ewww. Never tried one, but they smell BAD.
