Guy is busted for copyright infringement with the game GTA: San Andreas. Did he pirate the game? No. HE EMAILED SOME PEOPLE PICTURES OF THE BOX BEFORE IT WAS RELEASED.

Now he's facing prison time.

Up to five years WITH NO PAROLE for telling your mates* a game has gone gold. Fucking insane.

*mates used loosely here as one of the people he emailed turned out to be a grassing asshole
