the U.S. House just passed the bill for a Constitutional amendment, and now it will go to the Senate. Guess what will happen there.

So, the score is now:

-Outlawing the desecration of symbols/icons of national ideals = in
-Giving a fuck when you desecrate the actual national ideals = out.

also, when the Preznit desecrates somebody's flag by writing his autograph on it with an ink pen, does that count?

and what about when people have little car window flags up for 3 years, so that they get all faded, torn & nappy?
