Congratulations! Last-minute advice, which I think I've posted on other similar threads but it's TRUE:

1) Get whoever's preparing the food to prepare a couple of plates for you. Have them put aside in a small, out-of-the-way room with a closeable door. The moment--the MOMENT--that you are pronounced married, the two of you take off for there, close the door, and just spend a couple of minutes being married. Feed each other a little. Drink a little water or soda or juice. Enjoy each other's company. Then come back out and meet everybody. They'll wait. We did this, and we're SO glad we did.

2) If the two of you walk out of there married, you have done your job. Anything else that happens is simply not your responsibility to worry about.

One other piece of advice I could give you for Saturday is to try to remember that it's a long day, pace yourself accordingly, try to savour everything ("it only happens once a lifetime, make the most of it" as a wise man with arms of sex once said) and make sure lots of people take lots of photos.

I found it exceptionally helpful to leave a drink on a table at each end of our reception hall so that when people came proferring alcohol I could pick one up and say "no you're OK, I've got one thanks". Otherwise my wedding would have been like every other Saturday night but in a nicer dress. You have many other opportunities to get drunk, and if you can't remember any of it, you will kick yourself.

That's the advice for the wedding. In terms of the marriage, there's more time to get into it, get used to it and work out what suits you best. If you need advice for *that*, you shouldn't be doing it (but I know you don't and that you should, respectively, so that's OK then - that's just a free extra bit of advice for anyone else reading this thread and looking for advice).

We got a bit stir crazy this afternoon, pacing around with nothing that we could really DO (cake attempt number one got burnt, retrying tomorrow!)

Hehe, that is my lovely grandmother in the black and white, and the lady in pink is an old family friend who can certainly always be counted on to exclaim, grin, hug and be otherwise Italian at all the right moments :)
