i have lactose intolerance but have lately really really been wanting cheese, unfortunately for me eating it results in IBS symtoms, and skin rashes...not very attractive at all, but i want cheese.

I also want Creamm

should i shouldnt i?

Abstain my friend. Alternatively, is there a type of cheese that gives you a less severe reaction, say one with less of something in? If so, go for that one.

i dont think we have cheese wiz in uk, i tried cheezly (soya alternative.. it was gross)i have managed to abstain for about 6 months now since being diagnosed and yeah skins better, no weird stomach complaints, but boy do i crave dairy and my sweet BF is taking me out tonight, and depending on where we go (i.e. italian) i might not be able to resist, cheesy dairy temptations.

shouldn't! my friend has this and if he was here, he'd say "shouldn't".

I thought you had written that you have a lacoste intolerance. I don't think about lacoste enought to be intolerant of it, but I'm not real wild about it either.

If your bf is taking you out then you certainly shouldn't. It's not really fair to deliberately sabotage a nice meal with someone else. If you still can't resist the temptation, clear your schedule for a day, take the phone off the hook, buy lots of comfy loo roll, and eat that cheese.

Tomorrow morning, a nice cheese and mushroom omelette, a pot of coffee, the tv remote, and a bedpan. If that's not a Saturday to look forward to, I don't know what is.
