Good for transfers to the Costa Brava?

Mind you, I've never been to the airport.
I don't know about public transport. My gues would be thatthere is something to Girona city and then you'd have to wing it from there. But I don't know. So don't take too much notice.
I will see what other information I can find, using my google skills.
But yes, Girona is a nice place for a day trip, there are walls to walk along and spooky back passages in the Jewish quarter.
Sitges is not the Costa Brava, it is the jewel of the Costa Daurada. You wopuldn't want to go to Barcelona and then go to the Costa Brava, that would be like going from London to Brighton and then to Croydon.
