OTM in my opinion. Being comfortable enough with a person to watch them pee is pretty cool, but in a "appreciation of intimacy" type of way... liking it enough to answer "yes" to "do you like watch your gf/bf pee" is creepy.

I wouldn't say we watch each other pee, but if I'm in the bath he'll come in and pee if he needs to, and at night before bed one of us will pee while the other brushes their teeth.

It's more a time saving thing.
