The office is empty today, my train was empty today, even my boss isnt here, so...

dud phone keeps ringing and i'm left with work for 8 people

dud no one to go to lunch with

dud no one apart from angry people on the phone to talk to

classic take lunch whenever for however long i want

dud might not get lunch with workflow

dud no one here with authority to sign my timesheet that should be with the agency by end of business friday...hmmm

It speaks volumes..... bankers turn up to work, councillors don't, the exeption being all the temps like myself of whom have turned up because if we don't, nothing gets done, and we don't get paid.....

My job as head of MI yesterday was basically just to keep shouting out whatever the latest news off the internet yesterday. People were coming over to my desk yesterday evening asking if their train was running or their station was open. Heh.

no it's cause you get so used to them on your head you forget they're on your head and whoosh everything off your desk, coffee everywhere, and what you was trying to do was discretly go to the loo/ attract another employees attention/ leave work 5mins early......
