This is the thread for the organizing of Intonation-related get-togethers and meet-ups.

1. If you are interested in trying to find each other at the actual Fest, you can:
a. email your cell phone no. to me at naamme @ yahoo.com. I currently have phone nos. for: dan m., handy manda, djdee, giboyeux, Kenan, jaymc, Jeff-PTTL.
b. post a photo of yourself on this thread so we can try and recognize each other.
c. all of the above.
2. If we want to try and organize some kind of get-together before or after the Fest on either day, we can plan for it here.

Sorry if this is all redundant.

n/a (Nick A.), Friday, 15 July 2005 14:08 (twenty years ago)

My plans include:
1. Early show (Nueva Cats at 6:00 PM) at Hideout tonight. After that, ?
2. Intonation all day tomorrow, going-away party for L3af for at least part of the evening.
3. Intonation all day Sunday, then possibly afterparty at Rednofive.
4. Day off on Monday, plan to just recuperate.

n/a (Nick A.), Friday, 15 July 2005 14:11 (twenty years ago)

1. I'm still in MN; won't be rolling into Chicago until 7-8 tonight (you think going via Milwaukee might be quicker?)
2. Ditto
3. Ditto
4. First day of work at my new job (!!!)

giboyeux (skowly), Friday, 15 July 2005 14:27 (twenty years ago)

i'm sorry i can't make it, but i work today and tomorrow and have a bbq to go to tomorrow and i have to move furniture (!!) on sunday. have fun everyone!

Amateur(ist) (Amateur(ist)), Friday, 15 July 2005 14:36 (twenty years ago)

I don't think I'm going to catch the Nueva Cats tonight, unfortunately, but I'll be there for Eric Ziegenhagen afterward at 7. Then everyone is invited to come see Canasta at Schubas tonight -- we'll go on around 11:30, since it's a late show.

Tomorrow, I'm probably going to get to Union Park when it opens -- despite not really having the desire to see any of the acts until later in the afternoon, but just so I can try to meet up with people. Assuming you have my number, give me a call.

After-show plans will probably be similar to N/A on both Sat. and Sun.

jaymc (jaymc), Friday, 15 July 2005 15:05 (twenty years ago)

Yeah, we'll probably get to the park relatively early on both days, Sarah wants to see dude from New Pornographers tomorrow and Sunday's lineup is pretty solid all day.

n/a (Nick A.), Friday, 15 July 2005 15:10 (twenty years ago)

I'm going to the hideout tonight & then tomorrow is Leaf's party. No intonation for me . . . but hopefully Leaf's party will be fun & low-key in that whole, "it's really fucking hot let's drink another beer" sort of way.

kelsey (kelstarry), Friday, 15 July 2005 15:14 (twenty years ago)

I hope Sarah knows where Leaf's party is because I sure don't.

n/a (Nick A.), Friday, 15 July 2005 15:16 (twenty years ago)

i think i'll probably get there around 3 on both days...can we talk about transportation for a while? i'm not sure how to get there. i'm getting a little bit stressed out about this, which i know is totally dumb.

The Milkmaid (of Human Kindness) (The Milkmaid), Friday, 15 July 2005 15:21 (twenty years ago)

did you guys get the evite? it has the address on it . . .

kelsey (kelstarry), Friday, 15 July 2005 15:24 (twenty years ago)

Green line to ashland should put you right there.

Jeff-PTTL (Jeff), Friday, 15 July 2005 15:25 (twenty years ago)

Friday: wait for crew to get into town. Proabably go out somewhere in the 'hood tonight. Quenchers? Dunno.
Saturday: I think we're getting there fashionably late. I may have to go in to work for a little while. Also possibly leaving a little early to catch the Constantines at Empty Bottle.
Sunday: at the fest all day.
Monday: try not to think too much about what I did all weekend while dying of dehydration and hangover at work.

xpost: I'm either blue-lineing to Division and taking the Ashland bus or riding all the way downtown and taking the north green line to Ashland. That train stop is right on the edge of the park.

dan m (OutDatWay), Friday, 15 July 2005 15:25 (twenty years ago)

I would bike there but our friend is coming from Madison and she won't have a bike. So I guess we'll take a taxi, since it would cost about as much to taxi it from our house as it would for three people to walk to Ashland and take the bus.

n/a (Nick A.), Friday, 15 July 2005 15:27 (twenty years ago)

Nick and I for those who haven't met us and somehow have missed all the millions of pix we post of ourselves all the time on ILX:

Sarah McLusky (coco), Friday, 15 July 2005 15:45 (twenty years ago)

1. We're staying in tonight and writing our thank you cards. Pffbt.
2. I'll let Jeff say what time we're going to get to the festival because I don't know. I did put a little alarm thingie in my phone to remind me to call Amanda around 3 and tell her where we are, though. Also we are for sure going to L's going away party and Kelsey's description of it sounds heavenly!!!
3. Same as two but without the going away part.
4. I have to work but not until 3 PM so it will be A-OK.

I think most of you know what I look like, but I'll probably be wearing big sunglasses and a floppy hat, making a picture of me without those things sort of worthless anyway. Oh and I'll be wearing a new skirt. And shoes.

pullapartgirl (pullapartgirl), Friday, 15 July 2005 15:48 (twenty years ago)

(xpost) "fake fictions" should be scrawled in yellow, in lowercase handwriting, in the upper-right-hand corner.

jaymc (jaymc), Friday, 15 July 2005 15:49 (twenty years ago)

We're going the first day sometime early afternoon, 1ish to 4ish, don't know when. I'd like to get some work done beforehand. And go to they gym to try and offset the massive amounts of beer I will consume.

All day on Sunday.

Jeff-PTTL (Jeff), Friday, 15 July 2005 16:40 (twenty years ago)

Hi.

Ben might come too. FF represent!

Sarah McLusky (coco), Friday, 15 July 2005 17:13 (twenty years ago)

That is like the worst picture EVER of me. Way to go, Sarah.

n/a (Nick A.), Friday, 15 July 2005 17:19 (twenty years ago)

Is this one better?
http://photos21.flickr.com/25087940_1dafceb29f_m.jpg

Sarah McLusky (coco), Friday, 15 July 2005 17:21 (twenty years ago)

That one's better but for some reason it reminds me of the billboard for the Hispanic radio station with the woman's mouth licking the chocolate popsicle and the ugly DJ making an O face. Also, the Rock.

n/a (Nick A.), Friday, 15 July 2005 17:29 (twenty years ago)

ugh! that ad is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you don't remind me of that AT ALL. PLEASE DON'T ASSOCIATE YOURSELF WITH THAT HORRIBLE AD!!!!

kelsey (kelstarry), Friday, 15 July 2005 17:31 (twenty years ago)

Ha ha. I hate that billboard too, but the guy's face makes me laugh. But I'm ashamed of myself.

Sarah McLusky (coco), Friday, 15 July 2005 17:40 (twenty years ago)

Hey, this just occurred to me -- did you all get your tickets in the mail? Cuz I didn't.

jaymc (jaymc), Friday, 15 July 2005 20:34 (twenty years ago)

Oh never mind, I did Will Call.

jaymc (jaymc), Friday, 15 July 2005 20:35 (twenty years ago)

(Anyway, which photo are you objecting to, Nick? The one in the car? What's so bad about a simple small profile shot?)

jaymc (jaymc), Friday, 15 July 2005 20:35 (twenty years ago)

I just think I look weird. But maybe that's just how I look from the side.

n/a (Nick A.), Friday, 15 July 2005 20:37 (twenty years ago)

my plans:

friday: arrive at midway around 11ish.

saturday: intonation, then off to a BBQ for a friend, constantines / oxford collapse @ empty bottle

sunday: intonation, some launch party? im kinda free otherwise.

monday: i leave around 6pm.

i look like this:

http://photos16.flickr.com/23156792_2877922d3b_m.jpg

maria tessa sciarrino (theoreticalgirl), Friday, 15 July 2005 21:15 (twenty years ago)

Also, the Rock.

But... but... the Rock is a cool guy!

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Friday, 15 July 2005 22:05 (twenty years ago)

1. tonite headed to rainbow room and then to maaybe lava lounge to see dj traxx?

2. tomorrow making the intern guy stuff the giftbags. head to intonation in the afternoon. nighttime party ??

3. sunday pitchfork thing, then buzznex launch party at rednofive. plz come. maybe after-after-party at hotel somewhere.

4. monday. after-after-after party at my mom's house?? well maybe just sleep all day. go shopping. sleep more.

i dont think i have anyone's phone number though...

phil-two (phil-two), Saturday, 16 July 2005 02:25 (twenty years ago)

i have yours, phil.

jaymc (jaymc), Saturday, 16 July 2005 06:41 (twenty years ago)

haha, i showed up at delilah's at 2 am, cuz i heard that's where all the muckety-mucks were gonna be tonight. but the bar was closed. :(

jaymc (jaymc), Saturday, 16 July 2005 06:42 (twenty years ago)

I got in the evening last night and had dinner with my hosts. I'm hanging around here and planning on getting to the festival around 2 today. I have jaymc's number, so I'll call him there, as well as other people I know from Pfork. I'm going to the Pfork afterparty tonight, and tomorrow I'll be going to the festival and then the buzznex afterparty. Monday I have plans with other friends. If anyone's up for something in the morning/early afternoon on Tuesday, let me know.

Matthew P E R P E T U A, Saturday, 16 July 2005 15:20 (twenty years ago)

haha, i showed up at delilah's at 2 am, cuz i heard that's where all the muckety-mucks were gonna be tonight. but the bar was closed. :(

I did this, too! I didn't know there were supposed to be muckety-mucks, though. I was just in the neighborhood and figured they might have a 4am license.

...my homies and I are going to head to Intonation circa 3.30pm, I think.

giboyeux (skowly), Saturday, 16 July 2005 16:40 (twenty years ago)

sat was great. all day sunday. we should have an ilm meetup.

ihope (ihope), Sunday, 17 July 2005 04:58 (twenty years ago)

Will Chicago adopt me?

Orbit (Orbit), Sunday, 17 July 2005 04:59 (twenty years ago)

Chicago will do whatever you allow it to.

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Sunday, 17 July 2005 05:04 (twenty years ago)

sorry i didn't get to give more than a brief nod to giboyeux. what about dan m. and amanda? did they show up? i want to say hi to them, too.

jaymc (jaymc), Sunday, 17 July 2005 07:46 (twenty years ago)

We met amanda, and giboyeux came back around. Never got up with Dan M, but I think Jenny called him.

Jeff-PTTL (Jeff), Sunday, 17 July 2005 09:20 (twenty years ago)

so who is playing tomorrow? i won't actually get up in time to get tickets, seeing as how i've just arrived home at 5 AM, but i'm curious.

why are you up jeff???

Amateur(ist) (Amateur(ist)), Sunday, 17 July 2005 09:21 (twenty years ago)

Umm, I woke up on the couch. And I was thirsty, so I decided to go online. It doesn't make sense to me either.

Jeff-PTTL (Jeff), Sunday, 17 July 2005 09:22 (twenty years ago)

Okay, a few of my friends and I have decided to come up for Sunday's line-up. We don't really know anyone in the Chicago area. I'd love to meet up with a few ILXors, despite being pretty low profile around here. If anyone wants to e-mail me their numbers or just e-mail asking for my number that would be great.

Hopefully I can put a face to a few of the names around here!

stephen morris, Sunday, 17 July 2005 09:43 (twenty years ago)

b-b-but we all wear masks outside!

Amateur(ist) (Amateur(ist)), Sunday, 17 July 2005 09:51 (twenty years ago)

Morning all. I woke up thirsty, too. I don't wonder why.

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Sunday, 17 July 2005 11:37 (twenty years ago)

It would be hard to say we didn't have fun.

http://giganticmag.com/images/ilx/two_goofs.jpg

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Sunday, 17 July 2005 12:14 (twenty years ago)

That picture = classic. Thank you both for that.

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Sunday, 17 July 2005 12:24 (twenty years ago)

Nick looks like Uncle Fun!

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Sunday, 17 July 2005 12:25 (twenty years ago)

hello people. i'm awake. i have two extra tickets if someone wants them? my out-of-town friends pooped out ridiculously early yesterday and have rejected the idea of going today.

also, sorry i disappeared suddenly. i went to meet dan (my dan)for some grub.

The Milkmaid (of Human Kindness) (The Milkmaid), Sunday, 17 July 2005 13:04 (twenty years ago)

Why have we not met your dan?

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Sunday, 17 July 2005 13:10 (twenty years ago)

That picture is A++++++++++.

It was really great to meet everybody! I'm looking forward to seeing more bands today. And drinking more water. Phew.

pullapartgirl (pullapartgirl), Sunday, 17 July 2005 13:41 (twenty years ago)

Yeah, I woke up at 5 am and had to set my fan up near my bed.

jaymc (jaymc), Sunday, 17 July 2005 15:34 (twenty years ago)

I've seen !!! before, I assumed they would be similar to Outhud. We're getting there about two, in time for XIU XIU.

Jeff-PTTL (Jeff), Sunday, 17 July 2005 15:34 (twenty years ago)

87 already and a high of 94. Holy shit.

pullapartgirl (pullapartgirl), Sunday, 17 July 2005 15:36 (twenty years ago)

There are definite similarities betw. !!! and Out Hud, but Out Hud also has cute female singers. And a cello. And their new album sounds really poppy, in a Tom Tom Club kinda way.

jaymc (jaymc), Sunday, 17 July 2005 15:36 (twenty years ago)

cute female singers, always good.

The singer for the Go! Team was adorable, even though the sound did sorta suck.

We left sometime during tortoise, it looked really nice over there though. I hope they play the pritzer pavalion again this summer.

Jeff-PTTL (Jeff), Sunday, 17 July 2005 15:56 (twenty years ago)

hey! headed to the fest today to see xiu xiu, outhud, hold steady. maybe LSF. then to party. hope you come. sounds like a ton of people are coming - but not rsvp'ing - so my boss is going to kill me. so at least i'll have a lot of fun on my last night on earth. hope you all make it. we spent hours and hours making and stuffing the giftbags. but my mom helped!! also there will probably be an afterafterparty. let me know if u want to go

phil-two (phil-two), Sunday, 17 July 2005 15:58 (twenty years ago)

YOU MANIACS ARE NOT EVEN TALKING ABOUT HOW YOU'RE ALL GOING TO PASS OUT FROM THE HEAT.

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Sunday, 17 July 2005 15:59 (twenty years ago)

I'm going to pass out from the booze before the heat. Then I will fry up nicely as I lie dead in the park.

Jeff-PTTL (Jeff), Sunday, 17 July 2005 16:05 (twenty years ago)

Please roll me over at least once.

Jeff-PTTL (Jeff), Sunday, 17 July 2005 16:08 (twenty years ago)

Poke you with a fork?

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Sunday, 17 July 2005 16:10 (twenty years ago)

I think you should all bring records over to my house instead, and drink in some very reliable shade. I'll buy an extra fan this morning, if need be.

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Sunday, 17 July 2005 16:11 (twenty years ago)

Actually, I'll buy an extra fan today no matter what.

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Sunday, 17 July 2005 16:21 (twenty years ago)

HOLY SHIT THIS YARDBIRDS RECORD IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN YOU IMAGINE, AND YOU PROBABLY IMAGINE IT'S PRETTY GOOD. Instead, it's fucking incredible.

I love you all, and if you want to get sunburned and listen to dodgy live music instead of stay cool and listen to amazing recorded music, that's all about you.

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Sunday, 17 July 2005 16:24 (twenty years ago)

Mami. It IS hot, huh? I'm trying to decide if it's worth it...I def want to see the Hold Steady, but I could probably take or leave the rest of the lineup (except Diplo, mebbe). Indie rock plays better in small clubs instead of in the sun, methinks.

Nice meeting all of you yesterday! I may have to take a pass on the afterparty tonight, since I've got my first day of work tomorrow. Being hungover would probably be the Worst Thing Ever.

giboyeux (skowly), Sunday, 17 July 2005 16:43 (twenty years ago)

it's hot as a bitch out there.

sarah -- i'm sorry we had to meet under such dehydrated circumstances, but we do have a karaoke outing planned tentatively for aug. 5 -- right jenny?

if anyone wants my ticket(s), call me. my number is available from nick or jenny. i offer discounted prices and a sincere smile with every ticket.

The Milkmaid (of Human Kindness) (The Milkmaid), Sunday, 17 July 2005 17:13 (twenty years ago)

ps -- dan and i are going to be playing some motherfunky UNO in the shade if anyone cares to join.

The Milkmaid (of Human Kindness) (The Milkmaid), Sunday, 17 July 2005 17:15 (twenty years ago)

Fucking hell. we got all the way to belmont before we realized that we forgot our tickets. I suppose it could have been worse, but now intead of just dealing with 1 packed to the brim cubs train, we have to deal with 3. Kill me now, plz.

Jeff-PTTL (Jeff), Sunday, 17 July 2005 17:20 (twenty years ago)

haha you're all fools.

Records I just bought:

1) The Doors - Strange Days
2) Joe Jackson - Look Sharp!
3) Peter Gabriel (the face melty one with "Games Without Frontiers")
4) Robert Fripp - Network
5) Lee Konitz Quartet - Jazz a Juan
6) Lee Konitz and Hal Galper - Windows

I may or may not like these records (frankly, Jim Morrison is starting to bug me already, and I can't remember what I was thinking when I bought this crap), but I AM NOT SITTING IN THE SUN TODAY. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

No, you're right. I should save the laughter for when they all pass out and go to the emergency room. Only then is it classy to gloat.

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Sunday, 17 July 2005 18:26 (twenty years ago)

shut up

3, Sunday, 17 July 2005 18:29 (twenty years ago)

Yeah, ok, "People Are Strange" is pretty awesome.

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Sunday, 17 July 2005 18:32 (twenty years ago)

no for real

3, Sunday, 17 July 2005 18:33 (twenty years ago)

I just had a delicious chili dog. I think I may not go to Intonation.

giboyeux (skowly), Sunday, 17 July 2005 18:36 (twenty years ago)

And I'm sorry. I'm physically unable to go out in this shit. It's like if you wanted me to hang out with you for hours and hours in a blizzard in February. You would never ask people whose company you enjoy to do that, would you?

And I'm bitter and alone.

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Sunday, 17 July 2005 18:36 (twenty years ago)

no for real

-- 3 (...) (webmail), July 17th, 2005 2:33 PM. (link)

Oh, and BTW, who are you, and how is it that you feel so comfortable being rude to me? Eat my ass, little dude.

No, no. You're not done. Eat it again. I want you to really taste it.

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Sunday, 17 July 2005 18:45 (twenty years ago)

For what it's worth, the Hold Steady are playing right now, and Christ are they great. Playing big festivals really suits them.

Daniel Cohen (dayan), Sunday, 17 July 2005 19:56 (twenty years ago)

Yeah I'm not going to this, I'm sitting at home and listening to Crooked Lettaz. I got too drunk last night to deal with crowds and heat and bands I don't like that much. I hope you guys have a good time though!

deej.., Sunday, 17 July 2005 19:59 (twenty years ago)

I am now really, really regretting skipping the Hold Steady.

giboyeux (skowly), Sunday, 17 July 2005 20:04 (twenty years ago)

are people online at the place or something?

miccio (miccio), Sunday, 17 July 2005 20:11 (twenty years ago)

I dunno. I am, but I'm not at the place. I'm at my friend's house, where there's AC and Jarritos Mandarino.

giboyeux (skowly), Sunday, 17 July 2005 20:14 (twenty years ago)

today much better than yesterday. loved out hud. loved hold steady. loved deerhoof. bummed about wrens sound, but we were way at the back. everyone up front seemed pleased. also, loved my wife's all natural sunscreen which, when slathered on and soaked in, totally prevented not just burning, but tanning! damn.

teh Nü and Impröved john n chicago (frankE), Monday, 18 July 2005 01:23 (twenty years ago)

Burning is way worse than being white.

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Monday, 18 July 2005 01:27 (twenty years ago)

I'm glad it was good. Missed you guys today.

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Monday, 18 July 2005 01:27 (twenty years ago)

Today was great. Seriously, much better than yesterday. I was only REALLY hot during Outhud, but I was in the shade for the rest of the time near the holiday stage. And I had a corn dog.

HS and LSF, GREAT.

Jeff-PTTL (Jeff), Monday, 18 July 2005 02:00 (twenty years ago)

Hot as a motherfucker, but well worth it, I thought. Outhud was so good I danced, even though it was in the mid-nineties (temperature-wise. I am not confused about the decade, jaymc...) and I *heart* Craig Finn more now than ever and Deerhoof was okay, but I think the music didn't translate well into a live festival atmosphere for me and LES SAVY FAV was really phenomenal. Tim Harrington did good things with a hot, dirty, sweaty crowd.

pullapartgirl (pullapartgirl), Monday, 18 July 2005 03:24 (twenty years ago)

it was awesome to meet all of you! today's shows were phenomenal, much more so than yesterday's. in fact, the only kind of amazing band from yesterday were the constantines and they werent playing intonation. hopefully ill have photos developed soon!

maria tessa sciarrino (theoreticalgirl), Monday, 18 July 2005 03:27 (twenty years ago)

Very nice to meet you too, Maria. Don't move to Austin.

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Monday, 18 July 2005 04:06 (twenty years ago)

Shit. It's midnight, and it's hot. There aren't a lot of nights like this. I just jumped into a cold shower -- COLD. Completely cold. Shock and awe. If this doesn't make me feel cooler, trhere's no hope.

Paunchy Stratego (kenan), Monday, 18 July 2005 04:10 (twenty years ago)

yaaaay. phil, i'm soooo sorry i didn't make yr afterparty -- i got sucked into going to the hideout, where i met various pfork notables. and tim harrington was there, dancing to old-school hip-hop, and trying to breakdance (?), and i said to ryan s., isn't this worth it, for nothing else than watching tim harrington breakdance at the hideout? he agreed.

jaymc (jaymc), Monday, 18 July 2005 06:28 (twenty years ago)

also p.s. kenan, you're a pussy. out hud was all kinds of hot, but when a band like that is so awesome, you don't mind sweating like an animal. and then there were really nice breezes throughout the day. and we sat and played uno on a blanket during andrew bird's set, so it was all good.

jaymc (jaymc), Monday, 18 July 2005 06:29 (twenty years ago)

kenan, i dunno man. getting stoned and eating tacos all day long sounds like it could be a good thing.

but on the other hand, chicago is mighty tempting.

maria tessa sciarrino (theoreticalgirl), Tuesday, 19 July 2005 04:39 (twenty years ago)

Yeah, sorry, suckers, but if you missed Sunday's sets, you are suckers. OUT HUD was great, THUNDERBIRDS ARE NOW! were excellent even though I was the only person there, XIU XIU was awesome, and holy shit, LES SAVY FAV!!!

n/a (Nick A.), Tuesday, 19 July 2005 12:40 (twenty years ago)

I am a sucker. I only caught the Wrens and Diplo. Diplo was teh hottness, though.

giboyeux (skowly), Tuesday, 19 July 2005 13:01 (twenty years ago)

"Ladies, let me hear you make some noise if you like a fella with some money! Fellas, let me hear you make some noise if your balls ache after you defecate!"

n/a (Nick A.), Tuesday, 19 July 2005 13:03 (twenty years ago)

On Friday I was like, "I'm gonna be a total party animal this weekend! WOO HOO!"

That evening I drank ONE beer at the Hide0ut (nueva cats/ eric z show) and fell asleep at home after a pasta dinner.

Saturday, as Nick mentioned, I got overheated at Int0nation. The first aid tent lady was so wonderful! Then I went home, got super dizzy, and threw up for a really really long time. It was completely horrible. So I'm really sorry I missed K's party that night.

By the way, Dan M, I'm sorry if I seemed flippant on the phone about my getting heat exhaustion. I didn't realize your friend's condition was so serious. I hope he/she's ok now.

Then Sunday I waited until around 4 to go back. I missed some great bands apparently, notably Out Hud, but Les Savy Fav made the entire festival worth it.

What's this talk of kareoke? I think we should try somewhere different this time, just to mix things up.

Sarah McLusky (coco), Tuesday, 19 July 2005 13:10 (twenty years ago)

sarah, sorry to hear you were feeling ill. i hear you on the partying thing -- i wanted to go out but at the end of the day i could barely muster the energy to stand up.

LSF were incredible. i was in the press area when the front barrier started moving in -- they had to clear the area out.

maria tessa sciarrino (theoreticalgirl), Tuesday, 19 July 2005 14:08 (twenty years ago)

yoy, i completely missed this thread.

your city is hot, in every sense of the word.

mark p (Mark P), Tuesday, 19 July 2005 14:09 (twenty years ago)
