after years of experience with sun and every spf made i can tell you that, while for some people anything over 30 is overkill, for me it is not. any questions, please direct them to my hawaiian sunburn that came after reapplying every 45 min - 1 hr.

I had faulty reasoning this weekend when I told myself that since I only ever seem to get sunburns on my shoulders, I only needed to put sunscreen there. Now I have a huge red band around my torso that ends in an abrupt line on my shoulders.
