I don't know if this counts because i'm kind of an hipster but Yes! We have the same haircut, wear the same clothes and shoes, enjoy both the Associates and minimal techno, and fancy the same girl (except he's actually slept with her)! We met at a party on pills and it began to get a bit weird when he starting saying he wished i was a girl, but he was really cool, i think we might be friends!

Molly (which is actually her middle name--her first name is Mary) works across the hall from me in the children's department. She just graduated from a college in Florida and plans to go to New Zealand on a work visa in January. She has short brown hair and the kids at the library get the two of us mixed up. They often ask me, "Are you Molly?" and "Weren't you just over there?" pointing to the children's department. We started work approximately two weeks apart and met at the city-held training session.

I learned it from this big book of weird true stories i had as a kid, sort of a ripley's believe it or not kind of thing. maybe it actually was ripley's believe it or not. anyway. there was a story about a man who had met his actual doppelganger somewhere, and it totally spooked him out.
