There's also a place near work that has something called Carribean coleslaw, which is sweet and purple and has raisins in it, it's good.

Caribbean, that is. Further research (I just went there to get dinner) reminds me that this substitutes shaved mango for cabbage. I don't know what makes it purple. It's very good.

I love lime slaw so much. For each 1/2 head of cabbage + 2 med carrots + 4 green onions, juice and zest of a lime and just enough mayo to hold it all together.
