I thought this might be about people who didn't have an en-suite toilet or were too lazy to go to the bathroom.

My grandad used to piss in a po (chamber pot) and then put his cigarettes out in it. The smell of piss and fags in his room the next day was nauseating. He was a dirty old fucker.
