BLACK SABBATH rocker OZZY OSBOURNE's son JACK is pleased he endured the hardships of colonic irrigation twice daily, because his significant weight loss leaves him speechless.
The formerly overweight Jack lost a staggering 4.5 kilograms (10 pounds) every day in the radical week-long detox in Thailand, which also served to cure his alcohol and drug addictions.
But Jack, 19, feels the discomfort was worthwhile as he was amazed at the change in his appearance.
He says, "That was one of the most miserable weeks of my life.
"It was hot sticky and boring. I had a tube up my a** twice a day and five litres of coffee poured in. It wasn't painful but the pressure was uncomfortable.
"I was camping in a little hut in Thailand, so I went for weeks without seeing my reflection.

"And when I finally looked in the mirror four weeks later I spent ages looking at myself thinking, 'Wow.'"

He's been training with Fairtex to try and become a professional kickboxer. The word on the street following the first bout was that it was a work, and his opponent took a dive. If he gets down to around 160ish (which is seemingly about where he's headed), he may try to go to
Ratchadamnoen and go for a middleweight belt. He needs to stay far far away from K-1 Max or any MMA group though (unless he plans on spending the next 2 years getting a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu).

Yeah, that was the word being carried quietly through the grapevine from Thailand. The guy he faced was a pretty legitimate guy, so for someone making their debut, particularly a fat, rich, famous American, to drop him fast and win the bout would be pretty shocking if legit. Watching the fight, there aren't many clean punches landed, yet a guy with something like 40 pro bouts slumps down to his knees and doesn't get up. If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and walks like one...
